
I was an early adopter, and when they offered lifetime accounts immediately bought one to support the company.
Unfortunately i Iost access to the email connected with the account, but after I sent a copy of my driver's license, they said they would change the email connected to my account the next day.
That didn't happen and they didn't answer my emails for 3 weeks, until I started sending messages to their Twitter account. Suddenly they wouldn't change the email because I have a lifetime account. Really shitty way to appreciate people who showed support early on.
