Actually, there are way more ways to learn a new language, and the ones that you mentioned are not the best ones. As for me, speaking with a native works really well since I'm learning new words unconsciously. I managed to find a great teacher at https://livexp.com, and I'm sure you'll find a tutor with a suitable method for you.
