About
I help governments adopt technology responsibly. As Assistant Director at Partners for Public Good, I oversee a network of public-sector leaders transforming how cities buy what they need-- including tech. My career has spanned from building San Antonio's first smart cities program to advising the UN on people-centered technology for local governments worldwide. I understand the power of setting terms and the cost of opaque, unreadable contracts: it undermines trust, erodes rights, and leaves everyday people defenseless. TOS Report Card is my attempt to bring the same transparency I fight for in government procurement to the rest of us just trying to use the internet. MIT grad, recovering public servant, with a side hustle of building digital rights tools for public good.
