Contractors beware! Landa does not pay their bills. We are in contact with their CEO Yishai Cohen and even he doesn’t move the needle on getting companies paid. This tells me that they either have a money problem or they are poorly set up to operate back end processes. We have mechanics liens on several of their properties today.
