MagicTask is an excellent task management system that's greatly improved my productivity during work. It's simple to use and I've managed to easily integrate it into my everyday life. Before MagicTask, I used Asana and Wrike. However, both of those systems were not as simple to use, especially when it came to keeping up with and tracking my work tasks. It's an added benefit that MagicTask is free if you're okay with sticking to the "Clean" theme. I do like the flexibility it gives to purchase new themes on its marketplace, which adds a nice layer of gamification by unlocking new levels/animations/sound effects with each theme. I also like the fact that the team at MagicTask is always adding new features and making it more competitive and engaging. Excited to see where it goes from here!
