I'm Enrico — I've co-founded seven companies since 1978, from a communications agency to an IT firm, a wine-bar franchise, a startup incubator and a video-game studio. Wildly different products, one constant thread: encouraging shifts in perspective. Today I build AI — autonomous agents, LLM integrations (Claude, GPT), RAG and MCP pipelines — and I train professionals and students in Italy to think with it, not just use it. Four decades in marketing and innovation gave me the cross-functional part: reading complexity, abstracting it, reconfiguring how a business works, and building the teams that carry it through. I also write Margini, a newsletter on language, thought and AI. The tools keep changing. The why doesn't.
