Hey everyone on PH We re working on an AI-driven matchmaking approach at synch, and something keeps coming up in our internal conversations:
In dating apps, more users is always celebrated as success, but does scale actually improve the experience for users, or does it just increase noise?
We recently published a short blog about this idea that scale only becomes valuable when it s used to improve compatibility, not just add options:
More profiles more connection
More conversations more outcomes
More choice doesn t always mean better choice
