I'm a product designer who also ships code — which means when I design something, I already know what it'll take to build it. Most early-stage founders I work with have the same problem: the product works but doesn't feel like it. The UI is functional but developer-built. Users land on the homepage and don't immediately get it. Onboarding leaks people before they see the value. That's what I fix.
