I listen to the radio news every morning, so pretty fast after waking up. But I consider it the same as when my parents were turning on the news on the radio at breakfast when I was a kid. They still do by the way, using a plain old FM transistor radio.

Great piece - but strangely you can find the same on Evernote, iOS Notes, OneNote and the list goes on. On our end, we had a debate between marketing and tech: we thought about a Friday launch for people to have the weekend to test the App, but the tech team didn't want any crash to happen on a Saturday or Sunday. So we went for a Wednesday.

Since a couple of days we have started systematically reaching out to users that are active with the App, but also to users that just walked in and left. The findings are super interesting: * some users are very active but using a much smaller set of feature than what the app can do. Same stage, same questions :) Our rule is: - bug that really disrupts the user flow: crash, not saving, destroying user created content etc --> needs to be fixed - slowness, fuzzy behaviour, timeouts... case by case but mostly: launch ! - UX improvement, beautifying... definitely on the backlog :)
