Activation is glitchy, support response is slow. Coverage is spotty (I have Verizon and my phone’s quality is better than that of visible) I cancelled the service before it started after being with their support for over an hour and waiting for 24hrs for someone to contact me. Then I have to chat with their online support to cancel the service. My refund request was put in on wed and was told...
