HIOFU Skills Passport (HSP1) lets candidates build verifiable, evidence-backed skill records with full privacy control, no résumés, no bias, no data exposure without consent. Most hiring tools optimise what happens after a candidate applies. Nobody has standardised what gets submitted. Until now.
HSP1 sits upstream of existing ATS platforms and job boards without replacing them, standardising how skills data enters hiring systems at infrastructure level.
