I am so disappointed in this company i ordered a petsie of my molly who rec3 passed. They sent me something totally wrong wrong color , shape .did not even slightly resemble my chihuahua molly .carli a manager there will not redo it unless you give them extra money and when i asked for a refund they wont do it the worst customer service at this company and clearly the designer did not know what they were doing ......i highly recommend mot to use this company .i will go back to cuddle clones they did a great job on my sheila. Carli and staff i suggest you get better customer service skills and make your customers happy avoid buying from this company..
