I DON'T. Because if I try to focus more when I can't I am just gonna lose more time doing nothing. Your can try to do something small maybe another task or going outside for a walk. It helps me work a lot faster :D

What’s your new hobby that you recommend to other people?

I personally love archery, it helps me improve my balance and focus, and of course it's fun to shoot arrows at something, even if it's an empty target.

It is not a youtube channel but here is a website that my friend suggest to me. It is really helpful, they examine most popular apps' UX design and give a lot of good advice "growth.design"
