I recently read Practical UI, and I'm glad I did!
As a server guy, I was a bit apprehensive about learning design language. But the free preview of the book made it easy to understand and fun to learn.
The book offers great practical advice on how to create effective user interfaces. Everything is explained in easy-to-understand language, with visuals to make things easier.

I've been using HelpSpace for almost 2 yrs now.
Moved from HelpScout after 5 years.
The UI is extremely user-friendly and gets the job done with less complicated options.
