Some bits of its ui can be complicated. Sometime I find myself searching for something for minutes.
vs Alternatives
I considered keeping track of tasks trough Notion, but notions excels at documenting. Not task management / sprint planning / etc.
How customizable are workflows without developer help?
Very. Every team has different needs. Different states for tasks. In jira, this is possible.
What features felt clunky or slowed your workflow?
I cannot see the completed sprints.
