Dr. Devon Taylor, Ed.D., currently serves as the Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Shenandoah University. He holds a Doctorate in Administrative Leadership from Shenandoah University, an M.A. in Teaching from Shepherd University, and a B.A. in History from West Virginia University. Dr. Taylor has a rich background in technology strategy, project management, and academic technology leadership. In his current role, he serves as a strategic partner to all business units regarding technology innovation. Additionally, he teaches as an adjunct professor in the business school and education division, focusing on the integration of technology in the workforce.
