Started in investment banking because, well, college debt. Found my way to an MBA and was super lucky to build Tiny Prints (acquired by Shutterfly) and Beau-coup (acquired by private equity), the latter with my wife. Just as important: the startups attempted before and after, which taught me the most expensive lessons in business and life. Now building Hark News (hark.news), a personal 5-minute morning audio newscast made from the newsletters you love most. I've been turning things I need into products since 1997. Hark exists because I read 3 of the 30 newsletters I subscribe to and was tired of the inbox guilt and fatigue. Now I walk my dog, listen to the news I actually care about saving me time and sound smarter for the rest of the day.
