Built this app for myself to quickly run the numbers on potential (buy and hold) investment properties. I thought the other apps out there were a little cumbersome to use and more so when you're trying out small adjustments (ex. What if I offer $10K less than asking? Is the property worth it then?). I have more plans for growing this app but would appreciate any feedback with the current build....
