How often do you allow yourself to be silly in your work?🤪
Especially on Social Media, we have plenty of examples of brands that allow a certain silliness factor. Like the twitter feuds between Wendy's and Burger King, Pepsi and Coke, and Netflix's excellent spicy humor. B2B companies are usually more serious. Supposedly to create trust. But I think a giggle or two can be pretty trust-building. What do you think?
Do you agree with Twitter removing old accounts?
Twitter announced recently that starting December 11th it will begin to remove old, inactive accounts in turn freeing up many usernames. While it may seem great at the start there are concerns about twitter accounts from loved ones who may have passed on, with a Twitter account potentially providing a lot of happy memories. Do you agree or disagree with Twitter here?
