Next we examine sewer lines and septics for potential health hazards and costly defects. We also inspect chimney flues and chimneys for fire hazards and potential health hazards. Then we perform an infrared inspection of the home looking for electrical fire hazards, plumbing, roofing, and flashing defects that are allowing moisture intrusion into the home, and air leaks at the ducts, missing insulation, and other energy efficiency items.
