About

Dylan built his career at Tesla and Amazon, working on large-scale manufacturing and logistics systems. At Tesla, he helped design and deploy control systems across global production lines, contributing to next-generation vehicle manufacturing, energy storage, and charging infrastructure, including early work on Tesla's “Unboxed” manufacturing system. Earlier, he worked as a systems integrator supporting major distribution networks, delivering software and automation across high-throughput robotic facilities. Across these roles, Dylan has worked on complex automation programs at massive scale, from factory floors to fulfillment networks, combining hands-on controls engineering with system-level thinking. Collectively, these systems represent over $500 million in deployed infrastructure.

Nodeblue - Built by engineers. Built for production

We built three open-source MCP servers that let any AI agent read, trace, and explain PLC and SCADA systems: • studio5000-mcp-server → full access to tags, routines, AOIs, cross-references • ignition-mcp-server → project parsing + live tag read/write • bridge-mcp-server → connects OPC tags ↔ PLC logic end-to-end Agent-agnostic. Air-gap capable. Runs entirely on your infrastructure. If you have an L5X file, you can get value from this in ~10 minutes. GitHub: https://lnkd.in/g2GM4gHk
