Quick intro: I m Yalan, and I work on LogoAI.

I ve been deep in the generative AI space for a while now, and there s one weird disconnect that keeps bothering me:

We can ask ChatGPT to write complex code or generate incredible artwork in seconds, but if you want a clean, usable logo for a real project, a lot of AI logo tools still feel surprisingly close to template pickers from a few years ago.

When building tools or exploring concepts for early-stage startups, I notice a lot of services focus on generating as many variations as possible.

But personally, seeing 50+ rough concepts usually just creates decision fatigue. It feels like getting 3 well-thought-out visual directions with a complete asset system ready to go would be way more useful.

Codie Sanchez suggested on X that founders should skip paid ads until they reach $5-10 million in revenue.

I like the idea of getting organic flow for the product, but this way, it can reach only a limited number of people.

+ I have been collaborating with companies that started running ads before hitting ~$50k in revenue.
