This product is a joke. They charge twice as much as all of their competitors and don't give you access to all of your data. You are not able to search all of your records unless you pay and good luck trying to export your data when you want to leave. They have a guest feature that allows you to share tasks with guest users, but they can't actually see the tasks they were shared when they login. They lack numerous integrations and features, yet charge a premium for their service. Their customer service is mediocre at best. I was banned for life from the forum for posting about their price and the lack of guest access to tasks. Never said anything inappropriate or against the rules, but apparently my "tone" was not appreciated. Do yourself a favor and choose one of the other dozen services out there that actually wants customers.
