Have used Cognito Forms for many years at two companies, and the form builder is excellent. Haven't had a chance to use the client portal yet and I'm not 100% sure if we will since we have alternate solutions in place, but I do have one potential use in mind that I'll consider. The actual form builder is excellent. There are options that are a little more hidden around submitting workflows to webhooks that are not as obvious that they exist as I wish they were, and their lookups work but are sometimes frustrating compared to an actual database especially when trying to tie in some automations. I wish the end user portal offered Passkeys as an option for users rather than only email authentication (which I hate as a user), or SSO via Google or Microsoft alternately, which would make it more compelling as I would love to have SSO-authenticated forms for end users and it would improve our use-case substantially. But the features they do have are quite impressive and they do keep developing new ones regularly. Price increases over many years do happen but have mostly been reasonable.
