I've spent my career building infrastructure that works without anyone thinking about it—CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture, and systems that scale quietly in the background. Most enterprise software does the opposite: it creates work. People have to update the CRM, log call notes, and reconstruct what happened across disconnected touchpoints. The real intelligence is in what gets said before anything is written down—subtle shifts in language, informal observations, unspoken hesitation. Today, that signal mostly vanishes the moment the call ends. I'm interested in building systems that capture and use it.
