Dr. Salvatore Palumbo, MD, FACS, FAANS, is a board-certified neurosurgeon and spine specialist serving Long Island. He is the Chief of the Department of Neurosurgery and Director of Neurotrauma at Good Samaritan University Hospital in West Islip, where he will complete 25 years in 2027. He also serves as Chief of Neurosurgery at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Bethpage. He has dedicated his career to treating complex neurological conditions and is recognized for his expertise in his practice and across the country.
