Jaime Alexander Caballero, M.D., FACC, FSCAI, is an interventional cardiologist practicing in Tampa, Florida, with expertise in coronary interventions, structural heart disease, and endovascular therapies. He founded Tampa Heart and Vascular Associates, an independent, physician-led cardiology practice focused on advanced cardiovascular procedures and coordinated patient care. He also serves as Collaborative Assistant Professor of Cardiology at the University of South Florida and maintains clinical privileges at Tampa General Hospital. Dr. Jaime Caballero was born and raised in Colombia, where he developed a strong academic foundation at an early age. In 1994, he became the National Champion in the Colombian Secondary School Mathematics and Physics Olympics in Bogotá.
