Scaling a service-based company looks completely different to scaling a product-based one, the latter being orders of magnitude more scalable.
I'd argue that it's probably easier to reach an initial level of profitability with service-based businesses but much harder to scale them efficiently as they're usually time-intensive.

This was a while back, but Reddit was super helpful in building our initial waitlist. Having organic conversations in subreddits that relate to what you're building is a great way to start connecting with people and there are lots of supportive people on there too. Make sure your interaction is genuine and organic, would avoid trying to hard sell something as it defeats that organic culture...

We used our own product - Lottielab for a number of animation assets in the video, and After Effects/ Premiere Pro to put together the full video. Looks pretty cool, can't wait to share it
