I've been a tech recruiter for over 15 years. During my career I've always been interested in process improvement and design: i.e. how can we make recruiting function better for both hiring teams and candidates? I've also always been interested in bleeding edge technologies, and so with the advent of AI tools like Claude Code, I've been able to execute on a lot of ideas that I never had the tools to bring to life before. This led me to create Sourcery - an AI powered talent sourcing platform that makes X-ray searching across the Internet super easy for recruiters. So much of headhunting is about finding creative ways to find talent, and Sourcery makes it way easier.
