Thomas Gratzer, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist with more than three decades of experience in general and forensic psychiatry. Based in Minnesota’s Twin Cities region, he has provided psychiatric care through institutions including United Hospital, Regions Hospital, Fairview University Medical Center, and Psych Recovery. His work combines clinical treatment with forensic evaluations, enabling him to support patients while contributing expertise to legal and correctional systems. Dr. Thomas Gratzer has held several important leadership and consulting roles throughout his medical career. He served as Senior Forensic Psychiatrist at the Minnesota Security Hospital and later worked with the Minnesota Department of Corrections as a consulting psychiatrist for incarcerated youth.
