With over 17 years of experience in core software development using Java technology, an industry leader in enterprise software. I have a PhD in computer science and a strong background in front end engineering, business domain logic, and persistence strategies. I have worked on various domains, such as BPM, workflow, security, telecom, and healthcare, in both platform and application development. I have led and mentored multiple cross-geographical teams, following agile, extreme programming, and scrum methodologies. I enjoy being a hands-on thought leader, with a vision and foresight for innovative solutions. I also aspire to contribute to the academic community as a visiting or adjunct faculty.
