As the product guy for a company that builds mobile and web apps for startups (and others!) this is a fantastic app to help the founders get the investments they need to get things going and to iterate on their product while they establish product market fit!

So would Walnut replace traditional sales CRMs too (ex. Salesforce) or does it plug into those CRMs ?makers

Love anything that aggregates great content and provides inspiration! How do you select these ?makers

Definitely an interesting product that gives people another avenue to diverse where they can make money from in a lower risk setting.

This an extremely useful tool for anyone (not just startups!) to find a nice aggregation point for content and also software so that you don't have to spend a ton of time on search engines to find what's out there. Left rail sort and filter is great too so that you can get straight to what you want and see what has free options and free trials! Bookmarked in my Favorites already and I'm sure...

After checking out the marketing site it looks like its not just for people looking to make new friends. Looks like it can be more of a daily personal planner/suggestion engine regardless of if I want to go out or potentially stay in/do things with people I'm already friends with. Is the target market for this more to help you connect with new people with similar interests like the question...
