15 years in industrial consulting (energy, nuclear, rail, aerospace, automotive, life sciences), where I moved from PMO consultant to business development and business unit leadership. I'm now co-founding BMate with François: an AI partner for business leaders in consulting firms, starting with the most painful part of the job, building commercial proposals. The goal is to turn scattered know-how (past proposals, references, CVs, pricing) into strong, tailored proposals in a fraction of the time. Looking for: consulting leaders willing to test an early version as design partners, and builders to exchange with on AI product development (RAG, agents, LLM workflows).
