I like having everything I use for my business in one place. The concept is great, it still is a work in progress. The assistants are great and polite. Amount of AI features is great. Human support replaced by an AI chat assistant, then takes forever to get human help, often the guys that do get back to you don't have the answers and have to get back to you. Questions in the community often go unanswered. Software updates often crash the system. Mockups were updated and were completely out of scale. I still mostly use my own mockups. Still not a great selection unless you don't care that your whole shop looks the same. Starting to ask members to pay for advanced training is a slap in the face for a Pro Plus user. Still does not support TikTok Shop. Needs more staff, owners seem a bit greedy. AI credit cost is too high. Background remover and vectorizor aren't the best and they sell it like you can just generate ai in the app, then remove the background or vectorize and just send it to Etsy. I have to retouch everything in Adobe. It would be great if that concept was true. All this being said, I will continue to subscribe. Will be thrilled when this ends up being my only tool.
