My experience overall was pretty good. They have built a strong community and the site itself is easy-to-use and errors get fixed in a good manner of time.

Discord is an amazing place to hang out. However, I believe that there is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of support. There are quite a few scams on the platform and the support could be a bit more transparent. Otherwise, I like to use the platform, I can only recommend it.
