If customer service actually listened to complaints and you didn't have to repeat yourself endless times only to be redirected over and over yet still getting no resolution to the issue. All I wanted to do was add another line, but it was apparently too much for at least 5 representatives to handle. I've since switched carriers and I am happy . I can speak to someone 24/7 that understands me....
