$15 for four samples? Samples of tea I can get FREE by contacting any tea company? Awful. Sips By makes it seem this would be a wonderful gift idea. I would be mortified to have anyone receive this as a gift. $15 per month on a subscription basis so when you are fed up you have to fight with them to get out of it. It's not truly free shipping, you're paying $15 to get less than 2 ounces of tea...
