Alex, Joseph, and the team they've built at Syncly are amazing players. We came to them with a need and were looking for a solution, but what we got feels like an extension of our team. They've been fantastic to work with and continue to demonstrate more value in the product they've built.
The product itself has been fantastic and has helped us make sense of disjointed sentiment and trend patterns that we can easily share cross functionally with our product, design, engineering, and ops teams. More voices heard more clearly is helping us to create a better product of our own.
