Over the years, I’ve learned that the best employer brand isn’t a campaign — it’s consistency at scale: a clear narrative, sharp messaging, a production rhythm that doesn’t break, and data that helps you make better bets. I help companies attract talent and build credibility as an employer — then carry that story through the entire talent lifecycle. My style is a mix of strategy and craft.
