I spent a lot of time working with this product and saw many small (visual and functional) bugs on start. That was a bell, now I understand. Once we laucnhed our dapp, it appeared that the functions that worked fine in tesnet simply don't work in mainnet. We tried to contact support but there is no way to speak with a real human, only chat bot.
