I’m writing this as a developer working for Itransition, but I’m not on the Talenteer team.
Since we use Talenteer internally too, I completely understand the value that it brings.
It’s just the #1 place where I’d go to look for opportunities once I need to.
In my career outside the company, there was a mess of beefy corporate solutions for internal talent management.
And yet everything went down to improvised Google Sheets 🫠
