I think Europe will require some BIG bets on a just a few companies to start. Having 10,000 solopreneurs/indiehackers will not move the needle nearly as much. You need dedicated teams rowing in the same direction. I'd be looking into how you can spin up some good accelerators, incubators, VC firms that specifically want to go for big exits ($10+ billion companies).
