I found the UX very easy, and the customer service was excellent. Couldn't find my credits to use (I had 2 in my account). Pros: An everyday person can easily create fabulous videos for their business Cons: Subscriptions a bit restrictive would like to be able to pay per video option, and would like to easily adjust videos made to diff sizing.
