How to do you plan to onboard so many local businesses? I just messaged 2 via the MessageUs mobile app and got 2 auto-responses that neither had claimed their profile. Then I got messages from those businesses asking follow up questions... Are local businesses on the app or is there a support person acting as an in between? It seems a little shady to say a businesses isn't onboarded and then...

Can you have a conversation with a customer completely via SMS? On your website I entered my phone number, but then was texted a link to a web chat room which pushed a contact form for me to fill out with other channel information like my email address. Just confused on if you can actually have conversations on every channel or is every interaction redirected to web chat?

Reminds me of a combo of FB Groups and public Slack Channels. Interesting to see Google focus on messaging (gboard and now Spaces) as interfaces to get into a Google powered experience (youtube and search).

What was your thinking as to working within the visual frame of iMessage and not changing the color/button size/spacing etc vs going your own way with a distinctive color and different feel? I see tradeoffs for both so curious how you rationalized those choices.
