I'm very impressed by this little one. Love the fact that it's free and to the point, but the developer has put in the effort. Lots of it, actually. And all the little things like showing up where you focus (next to the editing caret), rich hotkey config, option to not copy from certain applications, handling images effortlessly, filtering duplicates, filtering too fast (accidental)...

I wrote this little tool for myself. Then, after years, I decided to re-create it as a public one so that others can enjoy it too. Now my smartwatch, my phone and my laptop are gathering all voice recordings (notes, business meetings, etc) in VoiceNote and it keeps them neatly organized. I'm not sure why there are no tools like this but I couldn't find good ones so I had to do it the hard way....
