Co-founder of TipTap. My co-founder Dan spent years as a support agent and lived the pain: thankless work, low pay, ~30% annual churn. We build TipTap - the easiest way for customers to tip support agents after a resolved ticket. Companies plug it in for free, agents get an effective raise without touching payroll. Started this because support is the most underpaid, highest-churn role in SaaS and e-commerce, and nobody's fixing it. Always up for a chat with other founders building in CX, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
