𝗜 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻, 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁. With 15+ years in education, I work at the intersection of 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗜𝗕 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝘀 (𝗠𝗬𝗣 & 𝗗𝗣), 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆. My work focuses on strengthening curriculum coherence, assessment integrity, portfolio systems, and teacher practice, while keeping student well-being, equity, and inclusion at the centre of learning. I have contributed as a core member to IB, CIS, and NEASC evaluations, supporting schools through self-study, documentation, and evidence alignment with global standards.
