About

Spent 10+ years as a cloud architect in fintech building systems to handle high-volume, messy data without breaking. Now bringing that same discipline to the consumer goods space. Most food and CPG brands hit a wall the moment a product leaves the shelf or gets delivered. Consumed, wasted, returned, or repurchased - that post-purchase data trail usually goes cold. I founded Agaya Cloud to fix this "post-purchase blind spot." We're building one system that turns real usage, product lifecycle, and reorder behaviour into clear operational signals for product, retention, and sustainability teams. Always down to chat about post-purchase intelligence, SaaS data architecture, or retention strategy. Drop a line or leave a comment on our launch.

📱 When Does SaaS Need a Mobile App?

Does every SaaS product need a mobile version?

For some products, mobile feels essential.
For others, it feels like forcing a desktop workflow onto a smaller screen.

We re building a mobile version for RunEvr - mainly to stay up to date, chat with the team, check project progress, and quickly respond when you re away from your desk.

A few things I m curious about:

TrueSignal - Post-purchase surveys, timed to the delivery moment

Most brands lose the moment right after delivery, when customers still remember the experience. TrueSignal surveys them in that 24-48h window and turns responses into a 1:1, brand-controlled feed for product and retention teams, not another dashboard nobody opens. Starting with Shopify, free plan, no card required. Built for ecommerce, food & beverage, and subscription brands who want to know why customers buy.

When is the right time to launch on Product Hunt?

Because building products has become much more accessible thanks to AI, the bar has had to rise a bit, or at least the expectations have become stricter.

I built my own tool, but personally, I wouldn t launch it on Product Hunt yet because it s still very basic and doesn t even have a website.
