He later attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he played collegiate soccer and developed a disciplined, team-oriented mindset. For more than 12 years, Dino owned and operated two fitness facilities in North Carolina, leading large teams and managing all aspects of operations, growth, and customer experience. His entrepreneurial success led to executive leadership roles, including helping raise over $20 million in capital.
