Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Dima. Three years ago I came to the Bay Area and built UserWatch, a product-analytics tool for understanding user behavior. The problem turned out to be less urgent than I hoped and I never discovered product-market fit, but while chasing it I hit a deeper wall: my AI agents could only help if every user supplied rich, accurate context—and most never did. That sparked a...

this! I was running a web design agency before my current startup and still have some clients on maintenance. Every time I return to old page builders, I feel handcuffed. (Remember how much of a revolution they were in their time haha). Now all the screens and design mockups for UserWatch I do in Cursor directly. Super useful that you get ready-to-use code for the front-end and that you can...

omg tavishi, 24 months without monetization - you're badass! Really inspiring to read stories of resilient founders who finally hit traction! As a fellow founder, I really wonder about "Went viral on a competitor’s Instagram" and "First big Product Hunt launch — 300+ upvotes...", since you said $0 spent on marketing were those two events organic? What did you do tactically as a founder? Any...

Def, cloudformation. After you wrote the code with all the functionality you wanted, ask Cursor to create the DBs and Api gateways, etc that this script needs. It will write the yaml file and then setup the backend services for you. Insane!

Hey Flo, I see you already mentioned the Composer, so you should be familiar with how cursor inserts the generated code. But if you haven't seen/trusted the Agent mode in the latest Cursor version - you should definitely check it out. If you switch from composer to Agent, Cursor will auto-update all the files with the generated code and apply the changes. This is super efficient. Also you can...

UserWatch is an AI that tells you why users don't activate - and how to fix it.
It auto-reviews your session recordings (like Hotjar) and surfaces the exact steps where users drop off in your onboarding.
Just add a lightweight tracking script to your product.

UserWatchOnboarding Drop-Offs? Convert them into Revenue

I built UserWatch because I got tired of watching hours of session recordings trying to figure out why users didn’t convert. Most teams don’t have time to rewatch and manually label sessions, and they end up guessing. So I built a way to auto-analyze what’s going wrong and show where users drop off, without tagging or setup. If you care about improving trial-to-paid conversions or want to...
